SACRED SPACE:

Crafting a Home Altar & Autumnal Ritual

As we welcome the autumn equinox, we enter a powerful season of transition and reflection, and the opportunity to harmonize home and practice for the season ahead.

Join me for an immersive, sensory experience designed to help you cultivate or refresh dedicated sacred space within your home and self.

Together we will:

  • Create an altar starter kit and personalized action plan to initiate or refresh your home meditation altar and daily mindfulness practices

  • Anchor into the equinox energies of harvesting and letting go to fuel your daily practices

  • Tap into your intuition and stoke creativity with guided meditation, restorative and yin yoga, and reflective practices

What to Expect

The afternoon will be filled with several meditative self-inquiry exercises paired with restorative and yin yoga. . We will also engage in a guided mindfulness practice where we will tap into our senses to tune into autumn tastes, smells, and colors.

No need to bring anything— just yourself! Wear comfortable clothing you can feel cozy in and can move around in. Feel free to bring a mat, but the studio also has all the props (including mats) that you’ll need.

Please be sure to sign up via Venmo (see QR code to right) by Saturday. September 19th so I can have a final headcount for the group. If you need to pay day-of, that’s no problem, just send me an email letting me know you’ll be attending.

What You’ll Leave With

By the end of the workshop you’ll have greater understanding of how to cultivate a regular mindfulness practice and altar space within your home to help ground in that ritual.

More specifically, you’ll have an outline to help you kick-start your fall personal grounding and meditative practice.

We will have also created a personalized intention and intention card for you to take home to continue to feel inspired throughout the season.

Also, during our mindfulness sensory practice. you will create a bundle of materials (ex teas, chocolates, and other goodies) to help establish your ritual and altar space once you go home.
